Layered, tactile and deeply comfortable, the Cottage brings together Moroccan rugs, soft sheepskins, natural materials, warm light and objects chosen slowly and with intention. Nothing feels overly precious — this is a space to curl up with a book, light the wood stove, cook something good and make yourself at home.

The full kitchen makes the Cottage a place to inhabit rather than simply retreat to. Make breakfast slowly, bring home something good from the island, cook dinner together and let the evening stretch out gathered beside the fire.

Grind fresh coffee, pull an espresso or make a pour-over. Whisk a bowl of matcha, choose a loose-leaf tea and find a quiet place to begin the day.

The forest begins almost at the door. Step out beneath the trees, stretch out in the hammock, gather around the fire as the light disappears, or follow the trails out towards lake, forest and shoreline.
